Address Accuracy: Please verify your shipping address carefully before completing checkout. Holy Shine Candles is not responsible for losses or delays caused by incorrect addresses submitted by the customer. A re-shipping fee will apply if a package is returned to us due to an incorrect address.
No Returns or Exchanges
Due to the handcrafted, small-batch, and deeply personal nature of our luxury scented products, all sales are completely final. We do not accept returns, exchanges, or order cancellations once a purchase has been confirmed and payment has been received.
If your order arrives visibly damaged or you received the wrong product, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with your order number and clear photographs. We will arrange a replacement at no additional cost. Claims submitted after 48 hours cannot be honored under any circumstances.
- Dissatisfaction with a fragrance preference does not qualify for a refund — scent experience is subjective
- Orders cannot be cancelled once payment has been processed, regardless of reason
